This game is good. It wood be even more crazy if the game is like this: 1. When someone is on the bars, they will add a move. 2. Then the person choose his own favorite move. 3. So everybody will get a crazy pump because there is always a combination that someone not Train usually. @andry strong: do this kind of challenges more often! 💪🏽

I know it's for fun, but for the next time maybe you could use a metronome so de 3 second holds are counted properly... I realized sometimes you counted very fast others slower haha. Just a hint, no hate! Awesome content and strength!

I used to planche like this 20 ago years but it would be only one position at a time. It requires stamina, strength and determination to do several positions in one ago holding 3 seconds in every position. Hats off to determination of the Indian boys. Andry is Andry, a champion at this, hopefully he can share his knowledge to help those who want to get there 😊

After a long time I saw kirtath Chauhan on KZfaq again. It's been 6 years since I saw his videos. Motivated me to combined bodybuilding with Calisthenics. The only Indian Calisthenics athlete I respect. I remembered he was inspired by Adam Raw. Good old days.
