Dimash sang it for the first time in The Singer 2017 in Mandarin with the title, Autumn Strong. Dimash performed for the first time in Japanese for the 20th Tokyo Jazz Festival. He sang the Japanese song “Ikanaide”, or, “Don’t Go” by singer & composer Koji Tamaki. On the Japanese TV show NHK Music Special on Nov. 11, 2021 Koji Tamaki highly praised Dimash’s performance of his composition.

Like it was said before in the comments here Toji Tamaki was the singer and composer of this song but it talks about Yoshiro Yamaguchi, she's a woman who left Japan during WW2 to live in China she was known as the Judy Garland of China and Japan. She changed her name in China and learn Mandarin people in China loved her. She was a good singer but no one knew of her Japanese origins. After the war her identity was revealed and the people who loved wanted her gone. She was deported back to Japan never to see China again.

One thing which makes his performances so extraordinary and touching is that he sings with his entire heart and soul. His voice hits me to my bones (can I say this?) ... Often tears appear, can hardly hold them back 🥰😇. while singing Ikanaide I have the feeling he really lives the words and feels the pain and this touches me.
