Nice energy for floor plan Friday!

I absolutely love the 2 bedroom it's just so cute and spacious

a couple in separated bedrooms, with shared master bathroom. not a preference, but not a problem either

Those subway tiles make the bathrooms look cheap.

Those are some nice homes but I'm not a fan of the shared bathroom in the first house either. I think in that last home they should at least put up some drywall to make it look finished. I got a question for you since your a real-estate expert I live in a 50 plus RV park in Wesley Chapel FL, I'm buying the 5th wheel I live in from a couple who lives here in the park, its technically still their home since I'm still paying on it however the lot I'm on its owned by the park and I got a bit behind on paying my lot rent due to financial issues so they said if I don't make some kind of payment plain with them for catching up on my lot rent they were going to tear down the Florida room that has been built onto it and tow it away, this place has been here probably longer than I been alive so my question is are they allowed by law to do that being I don't own this place its not in my name it's in the couples name who I purchased it from so are they allowed to do that by law? I'm just curious. Thank you
