Shore acres is horrible for flooding. Never live there again. Houses are way overpriced.

You should mention if it sells for the 900,000 and 6600 tax bill will go up to about $12,000. I haven't looked with the house so previous sold for the 12,000 a year in taxes is kind of steep

I love the diversity of your tours! New builds get repetitive. I think the yellow house had some charm. Needed more work of course, but was interesting. I watch your videos just for fun. I appreciate seeing all kinds of homes people are buying and selling in florida! Thanks for the content
