Miele is pronounced MIE (as in: that's 'me') followed by -Lêh (as in the first syllable of the words 'letters / lettuce'.. @Josh Peck almost got it right. 😜 🙌🙌

Hi Josh, SUP? Pls tell the Peck I live him too. About MIELE: Although it is a German brand the word means ‘honey’ in Italian. It’s pronounced Me-eh-lae. Any way Google it and listen, after that you won’t make any mistakes. Happy pesach from Brazil.

Hey Altman, I hope you get to see my comment: your friend pronounced Miele correctly and unfortunately, you didn't. But you must have sold literally hundreds of properties with Miele appliances inside so you really should know how to pronounce it by now! Here is the long explanation to pronouncing it correctly in German. When you see a word using the letters 'E' & 'I' or 'I' & 'E' you pronounce the 2nd letter first. When you see a word ending in the letter 'E' you pronounce it as 'ugh' (just like Miele and Porsche). And lastly, Germans cringe every time you guys mispronounce the word Maybach. It's not 'May-back' its pronounced 'My-back'. Hope this helps.
