I think I'm in a minority, but I was totally unimpressed by this house - I know it's an expensive area, but the lift and bottom level gave me office vibes, rather than elegant home, and the doors, cupboards etc didn't look very special.

The layout of the house is completely impractical.

Yep, there are definitely my favourite youtubers: The post daily😲, They actually teach you something about houses😏, They listen to what they subscribers think/what to say(lots of youtubers dont), They explain there KZfaq money process thing which other youtubers dont or say incorrectly, They make there videos entertaining(most house tours I would see before would be so boring), And in general they are just great youtubers They deserve 1 mil😌, so let's try to get them to 1mil but the end of the year😌😌😌🙂😏😏😏

Props to Matt. One of the few vloggers I can listen too without getting the nail on chalkboard feeling. I feel he gives you his real voice and not fake arse relaxation breathy voice, unlike most. Its my biggest bug bare and I turn off as soon as i hear it. Well Done Matt i wish you luck with your journey, you come across as genuine.

This is area looks like a proper village, especially the high st. The houses in this area have really beautiful houses and front garden too.

The concrete floors and recessed LED lighting throughout the house made for a cold, corporate feel. No appeal no matter the price.

This is really nice! Finally, a house with a lift. And a house with plenty of storage; sometimes you look at these properties and wonder where you'll put the hoover, broom, mop, ironing board, suitcase, Christmas tree etc. This is spot on. Also, we are a professional couple with zero time to garden, but we like an outside space, so this would be perfect.

This house feels like it has a disguise because of how small it looks at the front to how big it actually is! I really like this house, great video guys! I was just wondering, how did you guys start touring houses and get into the business you are currently in because I am interested in doing this sort of thing aswell?

I’m impressed with the house. Given the land restrictions I think the developers have made the most of the space. How many of us can afford it. Excellent presentation, you obviously do your home work before filming. It’s a great way of advertising properties and letting those of us who can’t buy it inside. Love the elevator.

This is a very lovely area, I used to live in the flat building next to this house before it was build a couple of years back. Great neighbourhood for families, forrest within a 10 minute walk, close to the highstreet with great shops and restaurants. You might hear foxes and the occasional badger running about but overall very quiet. If it wasn't for the Wimbledon price tag, would have definitely invested in something there.

Really like this one, modern style but kind of retro looking from the outside. Looks nice and solid, and has plenty of storage space. The garden is a nice bonus too.

Simon Cowell down the road would put me off.

I love this house. I really like Wimbledon too. I used to work there and loved the whole vibe. Not sure the house itself is worth the price, but I get it. Love the kitchen / dining area. Would love to see it when it’s finished and fully staged.

As one who likes to know how things work, I would appreciate a bit more detail inside the plant rooms. What's there? Why were the particular products chosen and what are their features? Those are definitely selling points in a modern, newly constructed home. That said, keep up the great work!
