I don't think anyone lives there. I'm pretty sure that the interior is staged because out by the pool you can see how some of the paving stones are messed up. You're right because I noticed the weeds coming up through the drive way pavers. The other thing I noticed was the lawn around the pool, it looks like crab grass (no good).

There is nothing special about the decor or use of tiles and moldings…the cabinets don’t look custom made…Lighting is plain…not worth $11+ million dollars unless the land is in a great location…
