Hello again everybody! Today we're getting into the "Inside Out Reaction"! "Watching Inside Out," was such a fun ride. I did not expect to cry while "reacting to Inside Out" but here we are y'all. I loved how Inside Out portrayed all of our emotions running around inside our brain working as hard as they possibly can to keep us functioning. I appreciate that Inside Out showed the importance of Sadness. Joy, Fear, Anger and Disgust are so vital, but so is our sadness. During my "commentary" at the end of the Inside Out Reaction I found myself realizing that Riley's mother and her own emotions were all working to make Riley feel an emotion they deemed to be appropriate. Throughout Inside Out Sadness keeps acting weirdly and I fully believe it Sadness knew deep down that Riley NEEDED her and was responding to that need. Inside Out was such an enjoyable watch! I can't wait to see how Riley's emotions grapple with puberty. Thank you all so much for watching my "Inside Out Reaction" and listening to my commentary after. I think the reason we cry when Bing Bong sacrifices himself is because it represents us growing up and putting things like imaginary friends behind us.

It also represents a character whom we had positive expectations for in the future; he said "there's not much work for imaginary friends anymore" and Joy promised "I'm going to make sure Riley remembers you", and the fact that he was so goofy all over the movie, made it so his sacrifice was a level higher of selflessness driven by something beyond his limited reasoning.

Sadness should ALWAYS have a place. That’s why this movie is so close to my heart. The message is so simple yet has so much impact.

Great reaction. I love how one minute you're like "Sadness, stop touching everything!" and "They need to put Sadness in a box!" and then the next minute you're like "We need to feel sadness sometimes." 😅 I know exactly what you mean. Nobody wants to feel Sadness, but sometimes you need to.

It is so so important to let kids know that they are absolutely allowed and that it’s necessary to feel every emotion, but not let one of them overtake them completely. I’m an educator, have worked in kindergartens and primary schools, and am now in university to become a primary school teacher. I can’t wait to teach kids all about emotions, because schools are lacking that so intensely…

I love inside out and inside out two. They’ve helped me so much with my emotions. Inside out taught me that negative emotions have a purpose and that it’s OK to feel them, and inside out 2 resonated with me cuz of my anxiety.

The Good Dinosaur it’s a favorite of the recent Pixar films. So so good and adorable! Jaw dropping animation too Thank you for acknowledging and taking this movie as it was!! Taking everything into consideration and actually understanding. Perfect reaction. It had everything I look forward to in a new “Inside out” reaction. Loved it

My friend’s six year old dressed as Sadness for Halloween. She loves this movie and Sadness is her favorite. She got to dye her hair blue. She was very excited. 🙃

I like how this video was a day before I watched Inside Out and the short film Riley's First Date? on Disney+ with my mother, while I was watching Inside Out on July 1st 2024, I joked with mom that if Bing Bong cries candy, I could imagine what would it be like if Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic could cry rainbow.
