Curious - do you know if this tv has motion smoothing? And if so how to turn them off? Also what would your preferred picture settings be? Movie mode/standard. Great vid

It is native 1080p so it is going to look pretty good! It's going to perform okay for gaming but the response time isn't going to be up there with other more expensive TVs so if it's for a serious gamer, they might not love it. Otherwise completely fine for most people gaming IMO.

It's actually surprisingly good without hooking up another soundbar to it, but that's always an option for an easy upgrade!

Go into the settings display and sounds you'll see screen saver scroll down to off... that should solved the issue

For some reason, when i connect my ps4 to my 70in insignia fire tv, the screen will black out every 10 seconds or so for about 2-3 seconds nonstop. Continuously over and over again. Both ps4 and tv work fine. Ps4 is connected directly to the tv. Need help!

I will have to check that and get back to you. I don't believe so, if anything I think it would show it as a source maybe but not the menu like it does natively for PlayStation.

Hey, yes you can wall mount it! It is VESA compatible and it's 200x200 for the 50" size.

Yes, this is VESA mount compatible. The 50" TV is 200x200 size for example. The size varies some for other models but you can search "VESA" on the listing and see some of the answered questions there!

I am having a hard time connecting my Nintendo switch to my tv. The HDMI won’t work on my tv. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I already reset the tv and the switch

Hmm have you had any issues docking it with another TV? As long as I press the power button on my Switch so it's not in power saving mode and go to that source it will usually register with the TV and show it.

Correct, you can just use the apps on the TV. It's basically like a TV with a Fire Stick hooked up to it. You can just open the apps and sign in to your subscriptions like Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc and stream your content. There are a lot of free apps too!

AirPlay *is* supported (copyrighted content never is but you have all of that built in for other apps/streaming)

There are a lot of free by definition "IPTV" apps including Freevee and others you can play movies from. Other IPTV apps that are technically not so legal that you find on Android TV boxes would not be included on here (live sports, "free" HBO, shows licensed to other streaming services, etc.) You can of course log in to any streaming apps you have paid subscriptions to and login and browse KZfaq for free.

I use iptv on a firestick but you have to go through a couple of extra steps to install. It's a little complicated but not too hard

When you attach an HD Antenna or direct cable line to the tv, there is an option in the tv Settings to Channel Scan for broadcast air channels. There's an "On Now" section that has Freevee with channels like Oxygen, True Crime, E Keeping Up, Family Feud, Bravo Million Dollar listing and then Fire TV channels that have ABC News Live and Live Now Fox.
