Install Pavlov on Oculus Quest & Set Username - in less than 5 minutes.

In this video, I go over how to install Pavlov on Oculus Quest. It SUPER simple! If you already have sideloading set up, just jump to 3:11 for the Oculus Quest Pavlov installation process (and how to set username Pavlov oculus quest). Sorry about the insanely crazy exposure glitches in the vid.
Quick edit: if you just want to change your name plug the quest into your PC, and in the main storage you'll see a file called pavlov.name.txt, you just need to edit that and you'll be all set!
Mac users:
Sideload the apk file (Pavlov-Android-Shipping-armv7-es2.apk) using sidequest and then create a folder on the quest in the Android/obb folder and name it "com.vankrupt.pavlov", then put the file called "main.22.com.vankrupt.pavlov.obb" in it. Then using sidequest, click tools and grant Pavlov audio permission. Change the name as instructed above.

This is definitely the easiest way to install Palov on Oculus Quest and it's super easy to set username on Pavlov Oculus Quest.

Sounds like the obb file didn't get installed right. I would run the installer again.

Casual Gamer number 1. It’s unreliable. Number 2, it has a 90% chance of it not working. When it does work, you probably have no name or mic perms. Number 3, it’s a meme between us quest testers. Number 4, 2 different other ways to install that are wayyy easier and better to use

whenever i plug my headset in after installing the ADB and doing what you say, and then it doesn't ask if i want to add a connection, and so afterwards whenever i try to install Pavlov onto the headset it doesn't work because it is saying it is waiting for a device. Help me please

Make a Sidequest Account and connect your quest to your pc, then do the wireless button on the to (it looks like a wifi symbol) the unplug the quest and it should work, it6 it doesnt work after the like2nd or 3rd time restart your pc and start again from step 2

Do you have the oculus link cable? Because if you have one of the other ones like the party cable or the anker cable, those dont have the same capablilities as the link cable. Also for me, I have the anker cable and for some reason it doesn't work with all of my USB ports but 1, so you should do a test to make sure its connected.

Thanks for all the tutorials. Clear and straight forward, was able to get side quest on my wife's MacBook and then on my Chromebook. Very simple if you follow the instructions and after searching through a few channels this for me anyway is the most informative. Currently working on getting my custom sabers back as I updated a game that involves music and probably shouldn't have yet but is what it is and I'm sure there's a tutorial that'll get be around it.

Some people don’t like oculus, and expect they’ll get rid of the ability to use side quest, but I don’t think they’ll do this, they could easily just have all of the accounts for developer mode be more strict, shutting down everything, which they don’t do

So I have a problem. I installed pavlov shack on my quest 2 and it worked great. I was in the range getting used to the guns and all of a sudden it crashed. So I quit out and tried to restart the game and I got a message saying "Pavlov keeps stopping" I thought maybe I should restart the quest, didn't work, tried clearing data, tried reinstalling all to no avail. I don't know what to do. Edit: I redownloaded and reinstalled it and it seems to be working now. I hope this doesn't happen again.
