INSTALLING NEW CHAINS! - CASE 550H Bulldozer

3 жыл бұрынWe are changing out the old chains on this case 550h dozer as they were worn out and we were unable to stretch out the tracks anymore. New chains will tighten things up again and give us room to be able to stretch them out on this dozer again.

Can't believe the new chains didn't have a lap link like the original. I replaced my 850 H complete undercarriage several years ago with ITR and it had the lap link like the original Case chains.

Too bad you can't just remove a link but I guess things being worn out might damage other stuff, like the final drive sprocket...

Some pressure on the nut is ok, but not too much..... A gentile hand goes along ways

I was told remove the paint or the track shoes will eventually walk or loosen
