Definitely not overkill. These trailers have no lights to help you see at night when backing up. Just brought home a 22gn 40ft. I need this on my trailer for working at night or having to pull over. Those strobes can save your life. Nice setup. 👍

Nice work. My trailer is similar. I have deck lights, tire lights in case I get a flat at night, strobe, lights at the back and under chassis lights for backing up . All controlled by a remote

@@101BruteForce I’ll send you some information on what I have on my trailer. It is remote control. You can turn on lights except from a remote. I might have a video I posted on my channel.

Can this panel hijack your running light/marker lights? I want to have normal running lights (hooked to truck) along the side of our stock trailer and have this panel make them wig wag off the switch when needed.

Don’t the led light bar install about 6 years ago so I could load my pull truck up at night in the pits it’s impossible to see where your at on the trailer it’s so blinding no matter if you pitch the light up or down. Have you guys had issues with this? I’m thinking of getting two thin 1 row led light bars and mount them to a telescoping mount that goes above the trailer to shine more downwards from the top instead of down the length of the trailer into your eyes

Absolutely love the setup, and having a wrecker background you can't have enough lights. That being said you may want to double check legality of having the taillights on the wig wag. Would hate to see a ticket for the flashing red as that is typically reserved for emergency/police use.

Can you actually use it at night to loud a car with that light bar directly on your face, just asking because I have a 34’ feet gooseneck low deck car trailer with no lights at all and would love to put deck lighting that would permit me to loud up a car and tie down without getting blinded

Don’t do the light bar like this it’s a good idea but actually sucks I have a 34’ tri axle lowboy and did the light bar up front I can’t see shit it blinds me so bad.
