I gotta real good laugh from the way you arranged everything atvthe beginning of the cooking. Never saw anything arranged criss criss and then the beans with the potatoes. It's like any which way goes. Funny

Those smoked turkey legs are usually pretty dry. Did the InstantPot moisten and tenderize them a bit ? Looked like it ! Time ta eat ! 😋
