1 pound ground beef
½ yellow onion, diced
1 small zucchini
2 TBSP minced garlic
1 BTL marinara sauce (YOUR CHOICE)
2 cups broth (beef or chicken)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning or to taste
2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
½ box uncooked lasagna noodles broken into 2-inch pieces
Optional Toppings:
Ricotta cheese
Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
