WHAT IS PLANTAR FASCIITIS?
Your plantar fascia is a broad ligament on the bottom of your foot that starts at your heel and fans out to each of your toes. This area can be susceptible to injury depending on the stresses placed on it from standing, walking, running, footwear, etc.
When an injury occurs and inflammation/pain set in, we refer to this as plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the plantar fascia).
WHY DOES PLANTAR FASCIITIS HURT WORSE IN THE MORNING?
Your plantar fasciitis pain tends to hurt worse in the morning because the area of injury has “tightened up” through the night. When you initially put weight on the foot in the morning you are essentially “stretching” and “re-injuring” the area until you are accustomed to walking again.
HOW TO STOP MORNING PLANTAR FASCIA PAIN
The best way to eliminate plantar fasciitis pain in the morning is by “warming up” and “preparing” the tissue first. This is done through the right massage, stretching, and exercise techniques and also wearing footwear that better supports the ligament and your arch.

Hello I am a truck driver and my right feet and ankle hurt because I used my right feet to hold the gas pedal for a long periods of time which puts strain on the side of my right foot and ankle. What is a best exercises for this issue? Thanks!

Hi I'm in uk I do a lot of cycling and some times walking and noticed I've had a pain in my heal for 3 weeks only hurts a little bit when putting pressure on my heal I have tried soaking my feet and rolling ice bottle will these exercises work thanks

This is super helpful. I gained a lot of weight in a bad relationship, which 100% contributed to my plantar fascitis going from "Once in a blue moon" to "Almost daily". But until I can lose the weight, which takes time, I still need to manage the pain. Plus, when it's bad, then you don't wanna walk anywhere, making it harder to lose said weight.

I have exactly the same problem. I enjoy walking but am unable to walk more than about 6,000 steps a day with Plantar Fasciitis. I need to lose weight to help with the problem.

Instant pain relief!!! I have been dealing with this for years now and could not believe the relief I got from doing these exercises. Apollo a couple of his tutorials for different pain I get time to time like in my back or my neck or my legs and now in the out of my foot these massages work so well you can easily do them at home. I totally recommend this guy so much I’m on vacation and my foot hurts and this fix my problem so much.

The dull throbbing aches in my heal at the beginning and end of the day was enough to make me want to rip my hair out, one day I just had enough, asked my wife to get the broom stick, and massage my heal as hard as she could for as long as she could, the main was excruciating!!!! But over night, not a thing. And haven’t had a flare up in over a year

There is no way this actually worked 😮 …I’ve been dealing with this pain for about a year now and since I got my orthotics insoles and got a steroid shot on my left foot on the heel (where my pain is) STILL NO RELIEF! At all , I feel like it’s getting worse ..man you have me thinking about your method , because I am desperate for pain relief at this point the morning and when I get home from work is just HELL and I am over it , I tried everything and nothing helps 😔

@@FreddyKingz36 i had it so bad that I could only take 3 steps at a time after standing for 2 mins. I use a ball roller, guasha, massage gun and massaging and it went completely away after a few weeks. Now a year later its starting to come back.

I was diagnosed with Plantarfaciitis years ago and it's never gone away. Now I'm in my 60's, lately I've had constant discomfort in both feet. Trying to get an appointment with a doctor in the UK can take weeks so I'll try your exercises and see how I go.

Use castor oil. Rub in at night. Use cling wrap to wrap it up. put loose sock over it. Keep doing it till pain is all gone.

I prefere to start by moving my foot around and wiggling and spreading my toes in all directions while im still lying on my bed. It helps me a lot.

I bought new soles to put into my shoes for a medium arch foot. They have gel and are very comfortable. I realized this because my shoes are old but still look new, but the soles were very hard so the new soles give so much more support. One day of wearing them and my foot already feels better and will try running again tomorrow.

I had this problem past tree years I got the shot and rest until completely fine no walk and not standard and watch what you eating.don’t eat inflammatory food if you don’t know just google it . This is my experience try it. I am fine now after 3 months rest don’t carry weight otherwise it will come back

So stretching my foot in, like most videos show here on u-tube, making my pain worth. But stretching my foot not in, but opposite direction, out, that's what really helps.

Thanks for video this is my first time experiencing this pain and I come from working and being on my feet on hard floor for 8+hrs a day. Do you have any house shoes you can recommend for support, I have the inserts for my shoes that really help. Just cleaning and doing my house stuff hurts so bad at times. Thanks in advance

I'm going through terrible pain right now. I was doing the exercises while watching the video. I suspect I need new shoes but am waiting for a podiatry appointment. The exercises really help. I was just wondering if you should ice your heel too? Thanks. 🇨🇦😊

My doctor recommended Feetures socks and Superfeet. I also bought less expensive arch support insoles for all my shoes the Superfeet wouldn't fit onto. My plantar fasciitis pain is completely gone.
