What is up guys! This is an instructional chest workout to build size and shape. This is effective for beginner and intermediates who want to build pectoral gains and grow your chest quickly! If you haven't heard of me before, this is a fitness related page where we give you advice on how to train properly as well as give you advice on how to lose fat, and gain muscle effectively.
Workout for today:
Incline dummbell bench press 4 sets of 8 reps
Incline barbell bench press 3 sets of 10 reps
Explosive Flat barbell bench press 5 sets of 3 reps
One arm cable flyes 3 sets of 12 reps
Bodyweight dips for pectoral mass superset w/ pushups 2 setsxfailure
