Here's a MultiNorm set from 2006
Mr Chippie drove along our usual 6-mile 'difficult terrain' test route. He stopped at the 5-mile point & we switched from UK FM to CEPT FM, then reset the radio (as it's a CE approved set) to CEPT AM...then back to UK FM.
The radio performed well.
Remember the UK were given approval for AM on CEPT in 2014 (on CE type approved radios), so it's a faff to reset the country code to access CEPT AM. Most radios built after 2014 access the available bands & modes more easily (especially the T3000 we use in the test vehicle).
Talking of the T3000, it was supplied to us at no cost from Thunderpole for evaluation & our continued thanks are extended to them....for this reason the 'paid promotion' flag is on this video for solely that reason.
