Hey, ya'll! Today's video is INTERMEDIATE YOGA FOR POSTURE. During this practice we'll be doing poses that strengthen the core, back, &b side body to help you stand up straight more easily. We'll also stretch the neck & shoulders. Be sure to listen to your body, modify as needed, & come out of any postures that don't feel right. Take rests if you need to. Needed this so bad. Have a shoulder injury from bad posture, this hit it so good 😩 I have tension/pain in my shoulder/neck/upper body and this stretched it out so good. Definitely challenging for me, but so good! Will be making this video and everyday thing for me. Thank you Nico!!
