I have just started IF 16:8 but can u please elaborate more what should we eat or not.specially in breakfast.and can we atke chapati or rice ya ohr completely bnd kr dain jesy mjy around initially 15 kg around weight lose krna ha.i have started walking too

Eat a higher-protein, low-carb breakfast instead, like meat and nuts, an omelet, or a low-carb protein shake. Just don't knock the intermittent fasting unless you've really tried it. But ager ap control nahi ker sakti tuo U can take variety of things in breakfast. Change ur breakfast like sandwich /poha /upma /oats /stuffed paratha , small chapati if needed

listerine mouthwash but not to overuse it, as this could potentially lead to irritation or other issues.like Site burns, lip swelling, burning, gingival pain
