Thanks for the reminder, the way some of our fans turned on SBR was bad. It's been a dismal 17 years since. EH deserves time and most of all our respect. From what I've seen and heard so far, and the insights from @back of the net (absolutely brilliant show guys) I genuinely think we have a man in the mould of KK, SBR and Rafa. If we are to stay up, this is the man to deliver.

Your going to leak goals for fun but you kind of do that already. So may as well attack more. He's a good manager, is he going to be pragmatic enough for where you find yourselves now errrrrrr. You certainly won't be parking the bus. Whether he's figured out how to be defensive without turning over the ball to get counter pressed and conceding will be interesting with your defense that's for sure.

Exactly Ray, best form of defence is attack and in Wilson and Maxi we have two great attackers.

Yeah he will be a great manager I honestly think with being backed by the owners he can be a great manager for Newcastle and I hope he can stay a few years

To be fair, the fact we got conte was a coup, And I think our players need the more disciplinary style of management, a lot of ours seem to think they can just show up and win But your absolutely right, howe is a damn good manager, as is evidenced by his 3-0 win against conte's Chelsea. I reckon his motivational management style is also gonna be amazing for their players, who probably feel greatly undervalued.
