I had a question around these responses. When we say that our current role / previous role was not aligning to career goals or role specific reasons, though they might be valid, won't those reasons create a negative impact on the HR that we might leave this company too when we feel a misfit at some point? Do we create an image of an unstable candidate? Kindly assist. I had some hiccups when in one of my recent interviews the Hiring manager asked this question. I was asked why did I not try for an internal switch. What can I answer then, can I say I tried for internal switch, but the available roles were still not aligning with my goals?
