Maam my brother have 2yr bond with IT company and didn't see any growth from joining to current 10th months,in offer letter office hours 8 hours and training will provided 3months,they take 9-10 hr daily, working 6day a week, if he ask for an hour for urgent work they take extra working hours for the working gap, no professional training only they assigned projects with deadline like experienced,if he resign they said company suit case on him for the agreement.. Any solutions to leave company??

Got placed in L&T construction as PGET. 0 backlogs in MBA but 1 back in my 2nd sem of btech in Math which I cleared later.L&T has a criteria of no past or active backs.there is nowhere written that I have a back on my btech semester -wise certificate.Will I be rejected?

Employment Rules for Independent contractor( Indian Citizen) for working Canadian company in India( work from Home) and that foreign company doesn't has any office here in India. Rules and regulations forgetting salary from that Canadian company and other important things to while accepting the job offer. Your reply will be very helpful

Sir mera 10th main 59.8 percatange aaya tha aur phir mene NIOS se improvement exam diya tha and after improvement I got 63 percatange sir main ne 10th cbse se diya tha aur phir improvement NIOS se diya tha toh sir IT companies jiska eligibility criteria 60 percantage hai , unka liya eligible hu yeh nhi. Tell that the role offered in the previous company was not in alignment with your aspirations or the trajectory you wish to be headed in the future. Don't foul mouth your employer or manager nor put yourselves at a disadvantage by saying time management issues etc which are viewed negatively.

@@ignashi7plays401 you would say I am very much in alignment with the job description, site some examples from the job description as proof, I truly believe I can contribute positively to this role and I can see myself growing and site examples of the same too. No interviewer will accept outright that the job that they are going to offer is not as per the job description even if the reality is different. Remember interviewing is selling, the interviewer is trying to sell their job and you are trying to sell yourselves, ensure you feed them with the things that they want to hear.

@@aerofxunmeI did my job in HDB only for six months. I made a plan to switch my job in another department so that I can ask for higher salary. Interviewers are not ready to accept my this reason of quitting. Now I don't understand how to convince them with a valid reason. I would be very grateful if u suggest something on this.

Mam ..I am fresher I got opportunity in a good mnc company but the payroll was third party. And UAN number was created as well as I have pf account also... If I got any job as a direct pay roll in other company as a fresher is my UAN will create any problem . And after getting experienced like that is there any difficulties for to hire in other company as a permanent employee Pls give me reply mam...

Hey, when you leave the job inform your company update you have exited and you will give the same UAN number to the new company where all your money is secure and get benefited.

In the U.S., 2 to 3 years is the most you should stay in a company within IT and Tech. If you do contracting, 6 to 12 month contracts is ok and not seeing as bad. 3 to 6 months contracts, is iffy? I guess this video applies to IT workers in India.

Hi Rabiya, I cannot confirm for all the companies out there, but in one of the companies where I worked we had 2 females employees who used to dress up in their religious outfit(hijab), and everyone was fine with that.. I never saw anyone passing any judgement on them..

completely false! I have seen people changing with a good salary hike in just 6 months or 1 year. It totally depends on how you make believe the interviewer feel that you are the right candidate the organisation need.

Mam, How its possible to stay company for 1 year and more than that, Now a days, Manager and their chamche are trying to harass and targeted to new employee for no reason. You say three years its nothing but a big joke. My request you to check the health status of IT employees whos are now below 25 and thirty , they take pills to sleep, and worried about the next day my job will not loose. My request you to not show the only upper part of IT and corporate but show the harsh reality of IT company. Thanks.

I am already thinking to leave the company within 1 month due to the same reason. My situation is that. The chamchas have built the product and know ins and out of the product. But I am a new comer and these chamchas always question as if they are teaching some child. Chamchas are annoying. On the other side, there is no development work left for me just fixing customer bugs. This boring work also puts toll on me.
