CIA graduate Roy Choi is the co-owner of Kogi Korean BBQ-To-Go and author of “L.A. Son: My Life, My City, My Food.” In this interview with CIA student Leah Pfeiffer ’14, he looks back on how Kogi grew and how his food philosophy has contributed to his success. He also offers advice to aspiring chefs on how to take advantage of all the new opportunities in the food world.
