They are all liars. I generally hate how people have picked Armand to throw this black-and-white thinking on, when the show itself has gone to great lengths to show that everyone is a shade of grey

It looks like what Daniel (the old guy) is seeing are repressed memories, it's not happening in real time, it's his mind remembering fragmented things Armand must have said to him when they first met in the 70's.

You’re right about Louis and Lestat. Anytime we see Lestat in season 2 he is literally a figment of Louis’ imagination saying all the things he doesn’t want to say. When Louis finally decides he wants to commit to Armand, he makes his “Dream Lestat” melt away. These last 4 episodes are supposed to be really messed up so please stick with it. Honestly even the people that have read the books and know them inside out are shook because of the way the show is adapted. Everyone is guessing and not sure what’s happening and I live for it. That’s what great television and storytelling is🥹❤️

Without any spoilers: it was revealed last season that Daniel (The old guy interviewing Louis lol) has repressed memories of his time with the first interview with Louis in the 1970s that included Armand. It's insinuated that whatever Armand is doing (trying to read his mind probably?) is trudging up old repressed memories from that interview that ended with Louis attacking Daniel and Armand saving him. It's likely that Armand himself made him forget about what happened. Whether or not it's on purpose or by accident that he's remembering things now, we don't know, I think it's probably not intentional on Armand's part, he doesn't want him to be remembering these things. The main thing you need to know is that Armand has crazy mind powers, and can ABSOLUTELY screw with people's memories. Including Louis... Though we're not for sure if he did or not. But because this show alters things from the books, there's only a few things we know for certain are even spoilers and the rest is all a mystery. As for Santiago, he's jealous and pissed off about Louis, just snatched Claudia's diaries proving they attempted to kill Lestat (breaking vampire laws) and can use that against Louis, Claudia, or Armand depending on how he wants to play his hand. Or just use it to take over the coven. We hear the other vamps already start to call him Maitre (Master) so there's a mutiny being staged.

This is not spoiler of the books. So, you remember in Ep 2, Louis is digging into Daniel Molloy's (our interviewer) mind by asking about his first ex-wife Alice? That digging triggered Daniel's memory, so he's been having a flashback of the '70s Armand (when the first interview happened) talking to him. As this episode goes by, we see Daniel's flashback becomes longer and longer. So, Daniel tries to search for his name in the archive that mysterious agent gave him in Ep 3. He doesn't find his name under the victim folder. But when he searches all folders, he finds photos of him entering a house with Louis and dragged by Louis and Armand out of that house. Plus, an enhanced recording of the first interview that covers everything happened after Louis attacked Daniel

Do you remember in season one Daniel Malloy slowly remembers that he knows and met Louis and especially Armand when he was younger in the 70s? Well, something happened and Daniel doesn’t really remember. As he’s speaking to Louis and Armand to get the story and write this book, whatever that was keeping Daniel from remembering is now wearing off. The episode this Sunday is where things get darker and you’ll find out that Daniel and Armand have a deeper connection than previously thought. I can’t wait to see what you think❤️

It’s heating up.. a lot to unpack. I can’t wait to see more. Delaney did an amazing job and so did Assad. That scene where we learned of Armand’s backstory was so well acted. I love Dream Lestat and Louie in the rain.

That Baby Lu play is so messed up... From a logistical point of view, the theatre should really have a new set of performances at least every few months. I think Claudia wouldn't be as upset if she had maybe two other plays where she can act as an older character with a different storyline and then rotates it with the popular Baby Lu play occasionally. I mean they also mentioned that they've been losing audience numbers so clearly they keep performing the same acts over and over and it gets tiring. Maybe it's becuase they're vampires and their perception of time is different?

The memories flooding. Daniel’s mind is interfering with their ability to tell if he’s lying or not. It’s almost like giving their mind reading radio interference.

The acting is so good every time! ❤ but definitely there is a lot of danger here for Louis and Claudia. Santiago guessing Louis is from New Orleans, him taking Claudia's diary.. 😮 For Daniel, the showrunners and cast mentioned that the first interview would be revisted so we'll finally know what happened. So nervous but excited!

I can never be on Claudia side. This girl has been running to her death from the moment she was turned. Claudia was never supposed to lived he couldn't have saved her as a human.

Louis doesn't have her back.

Claudia doesn't even have her own name anymore.

Is this suggesting that Daniel suffocated a girl in high school?
