I use sweet pickles and celery in mine. We use mayo in our house, but sugar is a great idea. You gave me an idea of the egg cooker and your stool. I'm like you, when I get tired in the kitchen, it will be great. Now, if I only had my own chickens. You are so cute! I love your videos.

I love egg salad, and I have 2 egg boilers that I love and use. And an egg chopper. So great. Yes. We are all different. No relish or sugar in my egg salad. Mayo and salt and pepper and dill. Yum.

I bought me one of those egg slicer “Thingamajigs” 😂 the other day & can’t wait to use it. Some dear friends have quite a few chickens & have been giving me alot of fresh eggs, & I need to do something with them. I finished radiation & chemotherapy for throat cancer about 5 months ago, & so far everything is going well, except for the fact that I’m malnourished & seriously underweight. At 6’3” I weigh less than 150 lbs. the Doc is on my case about needing to put on some weight. So I’m trying some new things, to see what works, & my friends keep giving me fresh eggs which are a good source of protein. So today I’m going to prep & stock up on some egg salad, & maybe some tuna salad. Have a great day Ms. Talli.
