It's a term that we all need to understand. It means wicked, unclean, vile, affront to god, apostate. So think of it like this, could you ever morally do something wrong to the devil? I'd bring it up and if management didn't address it I'd go look for a new job, but I wouldn't risk my income because of a few weak ingrates that can't hack watching someone eat lunch while they skip eating during sunshine for a few days as a religious duty.
