I am a Cosmic Horror writer yes, but I dont write in the Lovecraftian subgenre. I write in my own strange blend of cosmic horror. I hope you enjoyed the tale.

@@chasemcdaniel3620 Spume is indeed a word mate. It means froth or something of no substance. Anyways, all I am saying here is that I dont write cosmic horror in the same manner that Lovecraft does. It’s not about elder gods and such so much as my writing deals with higher dimensions and alternate realities. I created my own setting from scratch for my writing called ‘The Oblivion Cycle’ and all of my work is set in this place.

That is because this story is a setup for a future story that involves humanity. Calm it down there mate, I hope you enjoyed it regardless.
