Plugging in the unplugged to make you move with music, while you inhale the music and exhale your worries & you connect with inner world” Here are my initial impressions of @sennheiser_in @sennheiser Momentum True Wireless From being an audiophile and an avid user of Sennheiser headphones since 2013, from @sennheiser HD 205 till @sennheiser Momentum True Wireless we all grew up. I have to say, I’m impressed with Sennheiser’s use of materials on the Momentum True Wireless. They’re light and sturdy enough to withstand a normal wear & tear. The build of the charging case is very attractive, Covered in a textured cloth and doesn’t add bulk while staying in the pocket USB-C charging is a major positive Taking the ear buds off the ears will pause the music. Bass - it’s flat, warm and natural Mids - Sennheiser knows it best and Momentum true Wireless accommodates it just perfectly & they’re Rich. Treble - Crisp, Just the way they’ve been on the Sennheiser “These buds are all about clarity & detail” - “Bei diesen Ohrhörern dreht sich alles um Klarheit und Detailtreue” Transparent hearing - This is an exclusive feature and most needed while you’re wearing this for a jog or while riding. This feature lets you hear the noise of the outside side world and it can be controlled on the smart control app. Battery - 4hrs of listening time to the buds and 8 additional to the case. Sennheiser True Wireless is also IPX4 rated which means it can easily take splash to make you worry free. #MomentumTrueWireless #TrueWireless #sennheiser

For some reason my right earbud drains a lot faster than my left. The battery on the right one is often be 20-30% lower than the battery on the left one. They also seem to drain when in the charging case. I left them in the case overnight and they were suddenly empty the next morning.

uhmmm.....Sennheiser is expensive? I have a HD 206 headphones. I like it but it BLEW my budget. It was US$40 approx. in my currency. I only had US$20 MAXIMUM. You can imagine what happened next. Sennheiser is like the Apple of Headphones. They really need to lower the price down.

Ok heres the thing, your sound quality is absolutely amazing. But it goes bust when it comes to App, Firmware and UX. For the App, add features like main earbud switch , tap command customization and please please please fix the battery drain issue in the firmware. I know you can't fix the touch performance on the H/W now, but you can definitely fix the F/W and the App. For future models, add ipx6 with a Sports wingtip as an accessory(you can do that now too) and squeeze more battery with ANC.

quality is actually trash. its actually makes a difference with the app. for me at least. default setting without the app was prob the worst quality ever.

I'll never buy wireless earbuds that don't allow you to use either one as a mono bluetooth device. I use my right ear when talking on wired office phones and leave the left ear bud in for cell phone use.

Bought these to use in my motorcycle helmet and they did not work. The microphone was muffled and I could not take calls while riding. Volume is solid, but a little lower than corded earbuds. The sound quality is amazing, great range and heavy bass without being too much. The audio transparency mode was very nice when I was talking to people with my helmet on. I would keep these if I didn't purchase them for a specific reason. I did have some issues with them syncing to youtube/netflix on my ipad but it wasn't out of sync by much.

I have bought TWO Sennheiser momentum true wireless 3 earphones and after few months the problems started to appear. On one pair there was a kind of clicking sound. Returned in warranty got new one. Second pair refused to charge right earphone. Returned in warranty got new one. Few months later again both pairs had problems to charge one earphone and now I wish a hadn't bought them at all. It's not a problem to change them while in warranty but what after that 😢 Sound and use is great while they work but is it worth it for a year or less? NOT RECOMMENDED

yes, that's always possible. you might not be able to directly pair them to your TV, but you can always buy a Bluetooth transmitter. this way, you can always replace any wired connection, no matter what. just make sure not to accidentally grab a receiver/receiver only.

High end earbuds should allow the use of one earbud as a mono bluetooth device so the user can answer wired phones using their dominant hand while using the earbud for cell phone calls. Does Sennheiser Momentum II incorporate this performance feature?

yes, they absolutely do. imma actually not seeing how this would technically be possible not to have/incorporate. edit: no, I just made a complete fool out of myself. only the right piece would work in it's own and you don't get "true mono" sound as well .. meaning, it still stays stereo and you're simply missing out on the left track. I'm somewhat disappointed, I've to say. my 40 Dollar ones I had before could do all that. that's wired, me thinking.

for none wired speakers, there's no real reason you need to know, actually. but even if you'd know, that figure alone is meaningless if you know nothing about the source that powers them (like the internal resistance). there's just no value to the end customer knowing this figure. that's why I'm not seeing why you're asking in the first place. just saying.

If you hit me on my email, I can tell you a brand that is cheaper than Sennheiser. Ipx 5. Not 100% noise cancelling but I am using it and it is pretty d*mn close. I almost got hit by a car using it.

All I can say is that I am disappointed with the product and with customer support. I had mines for 1 month and in this 1 month my left earbud just stopped working, there is no audio anymore. I had also other issues with the case not charging but that resolved itself somehow... this problem with my left earbud I had to turn back to the seller, I thought okay no problem 1 hour drive to the store, and I will just return the broken ones and get the new ones on spot (is well within the 1 year guaranty + I have bought the 2 years warranty) but of course not. they have to send it back to sennheiser first to see if they can repair it before they will give me a new ones ( the problem is quite known on the internet, multiple reddit post saying they couldn't fix it and that they just gave them the refund) but my seller ( Mediamarkt) refused to do so, and I have to wait 2 fucking weeks till I get new ones ffs, just unbeliavble for earphones that cost a lil bit less then 300eur such quality and support just awful really..

Up to 4 hours on a single charge is simply not enough. A train ride or flight can be much longer than that. And where's the active noise canceling?

They sound great. But the case is shit. Mine broke after 3 month in my bag and its 150$ just for the case. Now I hate Sennheiser like never before. I'm sure they will never be kind and offert to replace it with my receipt... for sure not!!!
