Yes this can be a good topic. Choice of topic is yours. But make sure that you set proper Aims and objectives and scope for yourself depending on the time available. Colors in Architecture is so vast. Colors are in surfaces, furniture, lighting type, background, foreground. So focus on one or two aspects and do justice to that; rather than only touching all aspects

This is not very clear. What do you actually want to research? Be very clear that "I will find/ compile information on this.... this.... and this...." Then only you will have clarity on the whole

Assuming that this is a new concept for a majority of professionals, you may be searching a lot of literature and case studies for understanding the topic. The conclusion should allow a reader to understand all this information, just from your compilation. Thats when this will be successful. Conclusion, literally, would mean summing up whatever you have written in your chapters.

Vegetation and psychology Color and psychology Environmental condition and Psychology Vision from an architectural space and Psychology Geometry and Psychology etc. It will be good if you chose one detailed topic and did justice. So the questions that can be are: Can architectural elements/ solutions affect memory of users? Can architectural elements/ solutions enhance learning power of students? Pose such research questions.
