Any scene Machine Head was in just I was just a mess. For some reason his autotuned voice just tickles my funny bone a little to much everytime hes on screen. Sounds like he is constantly trying to sing but failing so hard😄

I know you cut it but the battle beast fight kinda gives me newfound respect for Black Samson. The way he shout Invincibles name as if he was his own teammate. While most good people would feel bad for another hero be treated in that way Black Samson rushed Battle Beast without his suit meaning he was basically powerless.

He was a bit more badass in the comic fight. In that one he still gets one tapped by Battle Beast but took down every other villain pretty much without breaking a sweat before that.

I don't. Titan is not a bad guy and he actually can make a difference unlike MachineHead. He can actually make people's life better and Mark helped him with that. At the same time Mark only got hurt because MachineHead somehow managed to hire one of the most powerful warriors in that universe.

Dorn voiced the New God Kalibak - Son of Darkseid - in Superman tAS. In DC Infinity Crisis Kalibak had a Tigerman body for an issue. In retrospect it makes sense.

I think Nolan was so nonchalant about Mark is because Viltrumites have a healing factor akin to Wolverine or Deadpool. It may not be as fast but it keeps them from dying and will eventually bring them back from the brink. He might have noticed Mark healing quickly from a lot of damage. That's why he allowed the fight to continue.

As someone who has read the comics and knows how this whole series will play out (minus a few changes done to the show such as new characters or different team comps) it is so fun to watch people who have never even heard of invincible come in and watch this blind, and season 1 isn’t even going to have anything close to the best that this comic offers so I hope the show gets more seasons in the future

You guys made a good point about how careful a superhero would have to be when using powers or changing when outside with all the cameras. If Titan is their Luke Cage, then Machine Head is almost certainly a version of Black Mask. His auto tuned speech was hilarious

Robot's up to something but it's far earlier than I expected, the "I must have pinched a nerve" scene with Rex gave it away. I don't mind if they mix up the timeline a bit but if they kill off Atom Eve on Invincible like TWD killed off Andrea, who was also one of my favourite character in the comics, I will be very upset, I might even kick something inanimate and hurt myself.

Elephant is covered in a synthetic skin in the shape of an elephant. This skin is durable like armor, but not removable. So while that was not his actual nose (trunk) it is still attached to him.

This episode went places real fast, debbie is onto nolan, titan whole role reminded me luke cage season 2, battle beast fight was holy mother of viltrum that was a bloody onslaught and mark going super saiyan rage moment was mind blowing. And that end credit scene something tells me we definitely gonna get darker in the next episodes, this only the early arcs of the comic and we haven't gotten to the darker #### yet oh boy

Haven't read the comics, but I think Robot is trying to clone a Rex body he can download himself into so he can be a real boy. He gets zero respect as "only a machine" and he's in love with Monster Girl.

For a while I was wondering why the suit would be important. I mean, it was known he was on the scene, right? And then it sunk in... in the story Nolan claimed, there'd be no reason for the DNA of ALL the Guardians to be on his suit. Presumably they and he were attacked by one or more assailants. Some cross contamination, sure, but... Iiiinteresting.

10:08 why is Nolan hiding the suit at all? He was found in the bloody suit and taken to the hospital. His claim is that whoever killed the Guardians beat him down.
