Today’s video we are dying my mom’s hair with Ion brilliance 9N very light blonde. I haven’t used much of the ion line. I’ve use some of their colourful hair dyes and it’s never stayed in my hair that well. I love Ion bleach and there booster to put into bleach. But this was definitely a big fail with using the ion 9N.
Ion 9N Turned my moms hair brown and red. My mom was definitely having a heart attack seeing her hair to from platinum blonde to brown. I mixed the developer properly with the dye and I’m not sure what went wrong.
We had to do an emergency bleach back on my mom’s hair. I used 20 developer and put the ion booster in the bleach. I love doing a bleach bath to fix any problems that I have in my hair. Always works. ❤️‍🩹
My mom‘s hair turned out fantastic considering it was brown. Lol never again 😂
You have to try new products in order to figure out if you’ll like them. I hate trying new hair dyes as well. My mom was definitely not up for trying something new. 🤪
After I dyed her hair with the ion and did a bleach bath I used my favourite product from Aphogee which is their two-step protein treatment. I wanted to make sure her hair was full of protein and wasn’t going to snap off after losing so much protein after dying her hair.
With having such fine and mature hair with my mom I wanted to protect her hair with everything that I could use. Worked great! She styled her hair and put some Oregon oil in after. ☺️
