I love everything about the 13 mini. It's enough battery for me, even when I will travel, it'll suit my needs. The size is perfect for traveling, it fits literally anywhere, in my bag, in my pocket, etc. The only thing I do not like is the colors. I do not like the midnight, blue just doesn't look good to me even though its minimally noticeable. I'm getting the starlight though which looks amazing in the case I am getting so really no negatives for me right now!

Midnight is a fingerprint magnet but it matches with almost all cases

starlight is the perfect choice bro.....harder to notice scratches & fingerprints, smaller bezels (as least for me, cuz the black bezel dont combine with the black aluminum if you get the midnight), and just elegant affffff

I agree, blue doesn’t stand out for me either it looks very ordinary but the other colours don’t look bad 🤷‍♀️ although my favourite by far is pink

A few days ago, I upgraded from my 3 year old XR to the 13 mini and I love this little thing! Yesterday I started my day at around 08:00h with watching KZfaq videos. Than I listened to my audio book before going for a walk in the woods with a friend and our dogs. Made some fotos, looked something up on maps. Later met another friend, made some fotos, looked something up in the internet, made a call, texted a bit. When back at home, watched some more KZfaq, listened to my audio book again, texted, internet etc. Went to bed at around 23:30h with a ton of battery life still left! So battery life for a normal consumer is super great on this phone! 👍 Plus: it‘s so cute and it doesn’t weighs me down like my XR did! I do hope Apple will make a Mini Pro version one day! ✌️👑👍

Idk about mini pro as the pro sensors are bigger which if installed into the phone would compromise the size of the mini

It’s so comfortable to hold. That’s why I really hope Apple will continue producing the minis. I just don’t understand why android can use bigger battery (at least 3,000 mAh) in 5” phones but Apple can’t.

because then it will be too good? just assuming, or the difference between production cost and performance is not ideal to them. but probably it would be too good and people would have less incentive of upgrading down the line. I mean look how many people still use the 6S...yikes

I just recently got the 12 mini and i was using a Galaxy S9 beforehand, its so nice to hold its like the perfect size. I get a full days battery out of it because I’m not a heavy user so its great

Had a refurbished xs for 2 years and the battery life is at 71% and the screen is beat to hell, so I went to the apple website and ordered myself a 13 mini. Super excited. It'll be the first new phone I've ever purchased:) (I usually get refurbished phones that are 2 or do generations behind the newest phone. But this time I'm getting a new, up to date phone :)

I take exception to the word “tiny.” It’s the size of an iP 5, only slightly smaller than my iP6. Many people have been conditioned to believe that a thousand dollar phablet is “normal,” which isn’t the correct term for it, either. To each his own, and our iP 13 Minis are being delivered tomorrow. Our 6’s are working OK, if long in the tooth, but the rumors that the Mini is gone in the 14 did the trick.

Hi Mark! Your videos are just awesome! I have one question and it's related to the gap between camera's bump and chassis. I noticed that in this video and it looks like a crack. Then I start researching and paying attention on this occurrence in other videos and I was shocked because it exists in the other iphones 13 mini too. Could you explain more what is all about? The main issue isn't about the weight or thickness it's the height. If the phone gets much higher then the Mini it becomes hard to hold in one hand. For a lot of people one handed operation is important.

I have an iPhone 12 and I use it pretty much all day long, and i get pretty decent battery life. I had an 11 before so this is a large improvement. I do think the 13 mini have better battery life than the 12 from tests I’ve seen. Next year I plan to purchase an iPhone 13 mini (it’s rumoured apple won’t be making a 14 mini, so I wanna have one, and because I want a mini iPhone) so will compare the battery life then

I would like to see an upgrade for this little mighty. A 90hz refresh rate and a much longer battery will be perfect. Come on apple, make that one.

I have no interest in any more iPhones since I'm just not a fan of iOS or Face ID and my Flip 3 and Razr 5G are smaller when closed. But I will say the short battery life on the 12 mini was overblown. It was fine for my needs.

Hi, Mark! New subscriber here. Ordered a 13 Mini Starlight colour and getting excited. I'm wondering whether that sensor shift tech is only in the main lens or also in the ultra-wide lens as well. Loved how your video is short to the point but covered all aspects. Will see your other videos too. Oh just my suggestion: you might probably want to cover how the new starlight colour looks in person. Cheers!

@@ooolli9044 it was still going strong till last month I switched to 15 Pro which totally disappoints me. To my eyes, 120Hz display is not noticeably different. Titanium doesn’t matter in 3rd party case. And biggest disappointment is the battery life: how come it’s not significantly better than a 2 year old 13 mini?

Somehow the giant camera seems even more out of place with this device. Can't help but feel that they might sell more of these if they managed to make the device more seamless since the entire point of it is that it is to be as small as possible.

People want a flagship phone but smaller when it comes to the mini. The entire point of it isn't to be as small as possible, it's to be a FLAGSHIP as small as possible. Iphone SE is similar in size and it has a smaller camera if that's what you're looking for, and there's countless of smaller android phones that aren't as powerful as well.

Currently on iPhone 8 and planning an upgrade either the 13 or 13 mini. Wanted the mini but felt weird as the phone is actually smaller than the 8 although the screen size is larger.

The Iphone 13 Mini is the phone for me. Probably the best phone I’ve had in awhile. It’s comfortable, refreshing and fun. I would prefer to see smaller devices in the long run. Having to carry less weight is essential. Plus, having stuffed pockets while walking around may not be the best idea. Hope Apple will continue with the mini form factor, as an alternative for us who want to have a break from all these gargantuan phones. Sadly, This 13 mini will be the last of the breed. Shame on Apple for ending the Mini series. If Apple still want to continue with the mini, I think Apple should update the mini lineup every 2/3years.

I really wanna get the 13 mini for it's compact size but at the same time I'm someone that uses my phone for everything ESPECIALLY media consumption so the screen size is not convincing me to give up my 6"8 inch screen phone I currently own.

Get an iPad mini 6 for media consumption and other tablet tasks and iPhone 13 mini for everything else, both of them ironically is only 100 dollars more expensive then an iPhone 13 Pro Max

I have seen a lot of positive reviews about this iphone 13 mini, it's so compactful and comfortable to hold, and the battery life isn't bad either, and ofcourse! The camera is so good too.. I have never owned an iphone but I hope I could get my hands into this one, I'm 14 and I can't afford it sadly 😭, how can I get this tho? it's even more expensive in my country because of tax, and this is my dream phone rn, hope I can get this in a just few years.. 😕

For best battery life, it will always be the Pro Max. Biggest battery equals longest battery life. The 13 Pro Max seems to have nearly double of the 13 Pro. Very bulky but the convenience of not charging it twice as often.

Just got the mini. Great phone if you have an “active” life. But I will admit that the battery is regular at best. Edit: I think apple should go with a 5.6 inch screen to have better baterry life. To me that would be the sweetspot.
