Mhat 💚 ഇവിടെ ഒരു വോളെന്റിയർ ആയി എത്തിയതോടെ മാനസിക രോഗത്തോടുള്ള എന്റെ കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാട് പോലും മാറി പോയി . വ്യക്തിപരമായ എനിക്കും ആശ്വാസമായ മ്മടെ മനോജ് ഡോക്ടറുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള സ്ഥാപനം❤️

സമൂഹത്തിൽ വിത്യസ്ഥ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ വിത്യസ്ഥ ബൗദ്ധിക നിലവാരത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു പാട് പേർ ഇപ്പോൾ ചികിത്സ ചെയതിട്ടുണ്ടാവും. ഞാനും ചികിത്സ എടുത്തിരുന്നു. അത് കൊണ്ട് അനുഭവങ്ങൾ തുറന്ന് പറയാൻ കഴിവും സമ്പദ്ധതയും ഉള്ള കുറെ പേരുണ്ടാവും. അവരെ കേട്ടാൽ കൂടുതൽ കാര്യങ്ങൾ രോഗത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് കേരള സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ ഡോക്ടർമാർക്ക് കഴിയുമെന്ന് തോന്നാറുണ്ട്. രോഗാവസ്ഥയിൽ ഡോക്ടർമാരോട് പറഞ്ഞതിനേക്കാൾ കാര്യങ്ങൾ രോഗം കുറഞ്ഞാൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 'ഭേദമായാൽ' ഒരാൾക്ക് പറയാൻ കഴിയും. രോഗം വന്നവർ കരുതുക ഇനി ആർക്കും വരാതിരിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് തന്നെയാവും. കാരണം അത് അനുഭവിച്ചാലേ അറിയാൻ പറ്റൂ. സർക്കാരും ഡോക്ടർമാരും മുൻകൈ എടുത്താൽ ഒരു പാട് പേർ കാണും സത്യസന്ധമായി രോഗാനുഭവങ്ങൾ പറയാൻ. ഡോക്ടർക്ക് രോഗത്തിന്റെ അനുഭവമുള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് നല്ല ഉൾക്കാഴ്ച കിട്ടിക്കാണും. പക്ഷെ പല ഡോക്ടർമാരും രോഗികളോട് സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ വളരെ തെറ്റായ മുൻ വിധികൾ പുലർത്തുന്നതായി തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എല്ലാ രോഗികൾക്കും ബുദ്ധി കുറവാണ് എന്ന് കരുതുന്ന ഡോക്ടർമാരുണ്ടെന്ന് അനുഭവത്തിൽ തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷം തോനുന്നു.. 😌പലർക്കും മാനസിക രോഗം എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോൾ സഹതാപവും, പുച്ഛവും അവരോട് ഒക്കെ ഒരു അകൽച്ചയും ആയിരിക്കും... ജീവിതത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഞാൻ കണ്ട് പഠിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങൾ ആണിത്... Thank you sir for explaining this.. ❤️

ഞാൻ സ്വയം രോഗം തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ ഒരാളാണ് . ഏറ്റവും അടുത്ത ഒരു ബന്ധുവിന് മാത്രമേ അറിയുള്ളൂ ഞാനൊരു ഡിസോർഡർ ആണെന്ന വിവരം . ഭാര്യ / മക്കൾ / ഇവർക്കാർക്കും അറിയില്ല ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് എടുക്കുന്നവിവരം . വർഷങ്ങളൊളയി ഈ അവസ്ഥ തുടരുന്നു . അസാധാരണ സ്വഭാവ വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ലാത്തതാണ് എന്നെ ഇപ്പോൾ സഹായിക്കുന്ന ഘടകം .75 വയസായ ഞാൻ നാളെ എങ്ങനെ കുടുംബത്തെ മറച്ചുവെച്ചു സ്വയം ' രക്ഷ ' പ്രാപിക്കും എന്ന് ചിലപ്പോൾ ചിന്തിക്കാറുണ്ട് 😔
