Varjo Aero VR headset gameplay with fpsVR frame rate counter
iRacing graphics settings in the end of the video
The Varjo Aero VR native resolution of 2880 x 2720 per eye was mirrored to 3440 x 1440 display and captured to 3440 x 1440 video.
Zandvoort track has been recently updated on iRacing. It's one of my favourites with banking turns and the F4 car is fun to drive.
PC reference:
AMD Ryzen 5900X - 32 GB - GeForce 4090 - Varjo Aero VR
Rig: Rseat B1 - Simucube 2 Pro direct drive wheel base - Fanatec CS v3 pedals - Buttkicker shaker, steering wheel sequantial shifters were used

fpsVR measures the system performance. It is a separate application, not part of iRacing. It's there for a reference on how my system performs in terms of frames per second with a given settings visible in the end of the video. Hopefully you can utilize the information as a reference.

I have not tried Pimax but I've been happy with Varjo.

How is the Varjo software working? Any issues with iracing?

I've been using Varjo for almost two years now and never had any issues related to iRacing. There was some stuttering issues in some sims/games when the GeForce 4090 came out but nVidia/Varjo has fixed those long time ago. I saw this in ACC for example.

@@samis7170 interesting, i have some stuttering issues with the valve index with openxr with my 4090 :(

@@lindstrom26 The stuttering I saw in ACC for example was obviously 4090 related. I'm sure you have updated all drivers and so on. I had a Valve Index before Aero and had no issues with it. Hopefully you find a solution with a SW/driver update, maybe with a future release.

Im thinking it might be cpu related, not sure. Amd 5900x. Going from the index to aero, big upgrade?
