Its a shame Ireland lift their game to a new level only when playing NZ. Perhaps if they were more consistent they might win a world cup, or in Nz's case 3 world cups. Also everytine they go to NZ they get pumped 👍

I thought the ref did not manage the game via communication/vocalization very well tbh. Southern Hemisphere refs are a lot better generally, in this respect. Don't think there was any bearing on the game except the Cody Taylor "late effort" card which was nonsense. ABs lost it around 50mins with the break-through the middle of their channels. They also made the wrong decision going for posts at penalty 70mins or so instead of pressing an offence for a try+conv. and winding the clock down. Ireland did enough to win >20pts with ABs playing catch up with

@@commentarytalk1446 as an All Blacks fan, they lost because they weren't prepared for what Ireland brought to the table that match. That's why I love rugby, you never know what's going to happen. The calls made by the Sir were on par. People are people.

It was as a fab game. What's your stance on the Irish fans singing during the Haka? It's not something that usually happens so I am a bit on the fence but the Haka is about laying down a challenge to the opposing team, as I understand it, so isn't it only right that the opposing team and/or supporters respond? I do think having the opposing team just stand there isn't really accepting a challenge. I have watched school rugby in NZ where both team's perform their respective Maori challenge/dance and there doesn't seem to be any silence from the crowd's. So my question is was the singing by the Irish seen as disrespectful?

@@stephenlennon7369 you are 100% incorrect to say the NZ Jordan was awarded wrongly. Ioane, having passed, slows to allow the kicker to proceed him. He follows the kick correctly onside. Believe me! If I had an issue with it: I’d say so.

Because they have poor planning. Teams should aim to peak in the WC final and set out their plans accordingly.

Planning anything these days is like like trying to hit someone's hoop with a balloon.

My theory is that shining at the 5 nations when the French and English players are tired from a properly hard championship is easier when you only need to play a few games in a Mickey Mouse Cup where your team cannot go down to a lower league. When the World Cup starts everybody is on a level preparation field …. And the true potential of everybody is revealed. And it is the same for beating Kiwi tourists at the end of their seasons, beating the All Blacks is great, beating them in a World Cup is something else.
