Best one yet Dale, in fact probably my all time favourite. These big Irish houses are amazing, hope you find some more. So refreshing to see pure decay with no vandalism but not sure if this one can be saved, such a shame all those once valuable antiques are ruined.

What an amazing place this would have been back in its day. That was fun to walk around with Dale, you had me giggling. Take care mate 🩵

The really sad part of all of this, is the opportunity for reclamation. The 'mold' can be extracted out and can be re-conditioned. The fire places alone are amazingly beautiful. Several of the doors are in amazing shape and again can be saved, restored, and sold.

Wow! That spiral staircase was a surprise! I can’t believe you walked up the wooden ones, and probably the only thing keeping them together was the carpeting! I think the home had a tailor because the second of the three sewing machines had a huge rusted tailor sheers sitting on it! They are used to cut from large bolts of fabric, in fact many layers of fabric. The kitchen ivy almost looked like house plants, but then I noticed there were no pots or planters, they’re just coming through the windows and even the walls. The doggie door stop was also a boot scraper, so muddy shoes could be cleaned up a bit before going further into the home. I’m sure the elderly person who last lived there had grandchildren, and it’s so sad none of them care. Such a shame. Such a waste of things too. Ya, that water damage will take this home soon. Thanks Dale for being brave enough to walk through this place as far as you did. Thanks for sharing your adventures! Stay safe!

It always gets me that people leave precious photos behind, to rot away along with the house, such a shame. The damage was probably far gone before they realised,,with the drip drip then before you know it the ceiling and floors on one floor leads on to another.its sad but me being weird love the flaking paint and mould and rust.❤😂
