I absolutely love this! "Well I just know, because I can taste it while I'm cooking it, that's what a chef is suppose to be." is how I have always cooked. My favourite thing to do is think about food, I like to think about dishes and deconstruct them, then put them back together again in different ways (and yes, sometimes different ingredients.) I can imagine the flavours and smells while making new recipes. I absolutely giggled when presentation was mentioned, as I thought it was a gorgeous plate. 💙 Can not wait to see more!

Agreed, idk how to explain it. I'm not a chef I just like cooking a lot. I can tell how it'll taste before I even finish it. Even if it's oversalted or undersalted. I can also tell if a seasoning or sauce would go well with the dish just by how it smells lol.

I like everything your dad did! If I did it I think I would do a deconstructed Scottish egg. Your dad’s dish looks amazing, and I can only imagine.
