I was doing a little googling on the iron cutter. is it just a local to the Missouri area? Does it stay green all winter??

It's nation wide, but relatively new so there aren't too many farms with it. It can't be seeded, so the process of supply takes longer. It does not stay green, it goes dormant brown in the winter. Mine is about 70% brown as of today.

Yep, normal color now, but still growing slowly due to cool temps. I really need to do an update video.
