Saw this show live at the O2 on 8 Jul 23, second row from the front barrier. What an incredible show! Up the Irons!! I'll be holding brice to his promise of further tours!

Fantastic gig, I can even spot myself opposite in section 1! The boys didn't disappoint, so glad to see them again, it's been too long!

Seen them live in Glasgow earlier this year, they were exceptional. Without doubt the best live act I have seen.

Classic, awe inspiring set list; perhaps my favorite so far. Performance wise, one of their top ones, most enthralling, exiting sets. Played with such conviction and control. A thing of beauty. Thank you for sharing!

I was there, and as usual, Maiden didn't disappoint! Thanks for posting this. Bruce did get a little bit lost on a couple of songs. I wonder if the monitor system wasn't working properly, so he couldn't hear the band? His handling of the cock-up of introducing the wrong song was masterful, though. A master of his craft, for sure - as are the rest of the band.

I was there. Standing, front right, about five people in.I've seen Maiden many times. The first time was Donnington Monsters of Rock in 1988. This was one of their better and more energetic gigs that I've seen in recent years. They seem to be playing very well. Bruce made a couple of screw ups in terms of his timings and also when he jumped the gun and tried to introduce (I assume) Can I Play with Madness off Seventh Son too early - Have a word in his ear Harry! They played some great tunes - Stranger in a Strange Land being the one that I really looked forward to and Adrian's solo. I question a few of their choices. Why choose Can I Play with Madness from Seventh Son? It's one of their more 'commercial' and overplayed songs. There are so many better songs off that album - The Clairvoyant, Seventh Son, Infinite Dreams (although they sadly never play this). I also wonder if it's time to retire the Trooper. Yes, it's one of their classics and staples, but it's so overplayed. I would have preferred something like Hallowed be thy Name.a much more creative and powerful song in my opinion. Those little niggles aside, it was a bloody great gig. Went back to my bunk in the backpackers hostel and barely slept. Got up at 5am, ears ringing and drove back to Bristol.Showed my little boy the video of Bruce fighting Eddy. His response? "I like your heavy metal Daddy!"

too bad someone couldn't isolate the guitar parts of an Iron Maiden concert, and find out just what Janick adds to the music. I know he writes the lyrics and/or riffs of some songs, but is he really adding to the bands' sound, as far as heaviness, or whatever? He seems to dance around a lot while playing guitar. What does Janick do to improve the band?
