The fact they let Irv once again get away with disrespecting Ashanti is beyond me. This is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful and really shows how terrible Irv's ego is. No wonder 50 Cent keeps clowning them he knew about their terrible secrets. Heck, Fat Joe literally just made a 15 minute rant video about Irv a few hours ago and I agreed with everything he said. Ashanti deserves better. She is super talented and a underappreciated singer. In my opinion she is one the best singers. Irv still salty about Ashanti leaving him and dating Nelly, comparing her and his ex-wife and stole all of her songs and even stole all of her vocals and gave it to JLO. He is wilding. I can respect for what he's done for Hip-Hop but this was a bad move. Irv is a terrible person. You will never hear people like Jay-Z say stuff like that to people that they brung to the world like Rihanna and Beanie Sigel and even though I dislike Diddy, even he doesn't do that despite being exposed by artists like Black Rob and Mase. Ashanti is a wonderful singer and deserves the respect she deserves. She's very good looking and beautiful as well. Irv is wilding.

I think he needs to just move away from the Ashanti thing and just focus on himself and his label. But being disrespectful about it is not okay. I'm watching behaviors body language also. Earlier in the clip Nore's constant instigating starts to have an effect on Irv. He does try to be cordial but you see him reaching for the bottle and it gets drunk fast! Ja sees this and tries to intervene by trying to steer the conversation elsewhere, but Nore won't let up and that's when all Hell breaks loose.

What is interesting that I don't see anyone commenting on is the fact that Ashanti was still a teenager when she and Irv allegedly had the affair. However, he was her BOSS. Look at he power dynamics there. If she wanted a chance for a music career and the owner of the record label you are signed to starts showing more than professional interest in you, what would you do? I know if it was me I would wonder whether all the efforts to push my career would dry up and be given to someone else if I said no. Or will my efforts be sabotaged? Whether he said she went into that relationship willingly or not, the power dynamic was skewed heavily in his favour. So it may never have been in her best interest to say no. No wonder he seems so butthurt that she got with Nelly. She pursued the relationship she wanted(Nelly) and endured the one she probably didn't (Irv).
