Can we talk about how Senor Uhl stood up for Aja and Krel when they told him that they were refugees? Man as convictions

I really like how it uses the fish out of water story. It also kinda leans into the refugee angle alot more than I thought. Especially with taking advantage of Krell's human form is a latino.

I loved season 1 of 3Below.

The animation is a bit better than TrollHunters, have more Details.

I started watching this show before I knew anything about Trollhunters, thinking this was just a unique standalone show. I absolutely adored it, and I can confirm that it very much works as its own story. I didn't even figure out it was a spinoff until I got to the crossover episode. I went back and watched Trollhunters afterward, and maybe it's because I saw this one first, but I definitely prefer 3Below. The characters are a lot more interesting to me, especially our two main protagonists, and the writing and humor were on point!

Compared to other family friendly shows.... the animation and the action is most enjoyable to watch.

Trollhunters and 3 Below are so underrated it hurts so much

With how the blank bots reacted to being given a name, i kinda expected them to like, resist the hacking at least for a few seconds or something? specially Ricky since he had existencial crisis during an entire episode. It would be a really small thing but i think it would be quite nice. But i'm really, REALLY happy with Steve's character growth, i am loving this series and i'm excited for the next season already!

Me and my sister ran off an binged on 3below at Christmas when.the adults were boring, and oh my god it was more amazing than I thought. I love the fact this comment makes it seem like I'm 5, I'm a teenager but me and my six year old sister have the same taste.

3Below review: Aja. does. EVERYTHING

My biggest notes on the series: 1: It was good to give Eli and Steve more character and story. 2: my tiny nitpick was just that the intro was a bit cringy. 3: It seemed like a rip-off of Sym-Bionic Titan, but luckily it wasn't as much.

When I first watched this, Eli's voice changed. I think he hit puberty.

They better make a second season hate the cliffhanger

I loved trollhunters and I love 3below as well. What is upsetting is that the series might be moving too fast, as shown by the lack of detail in the story line. Also the best episode was the d'aja vu in storytelling. The series shows great promise if they just take it slow. It would also be great to see Jim return to be human so that he and Claire can stay together.

So I'm on episode 10 rn and I got to say it's only aight. Like some episodes have really god story telling soem are boring. However, Trollhunters was exactly like this for the first 13 episodes and then picked up. I've really got to finish this and I can't wait to see how part 2 evolves into something much better

I like to think of Morando as the alien gunmar and Omen as the new Angor Rot. Anyways, I would love to see Morando, my favourite character, attack Earth as I want to compare his power level to Gunmar's

Aja: Wait how do you remember? Jim: I guess my amulet protects me. Aja: Your omlet? Hahahahahaha this was one of the funniest jokes in the series. This happened in the Daja'vu episode.

I like how the blank robots are named Ricky and Lucy in reference to I Love Lucy. After all, they are programmed to act like their from 50s/60s? Which is around when that show ran. It's an A+ reference.

I loved Birdie, and I'm kinda sad that the show killed her off in one episode. She looks, sounds, and acts like Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove (or Principal Amzy in the spinoff show, which connects with her role here). Here's hoping she survived lmao

I love trollhunters but i have to admit i think that the series was disappointing i think that 3 below had so much potential but it ended up like this but thats just my opinion

Do y’all remember that part of the show where Varvatos said “Glorious” then Tobi said “Lively” and after that Aja said “ awesome-sauce ” ? That part was gold 😔

I made it to episode seven of 3Below before I realized I had started the wrong series. I am now at the halfway point of the first season of Trollhunters. From what I saw of Toby in 3Below, I did not expect him to play such a big part in TrollHunters. As a matter of fact, I don't even remember seeing Jim or a single troll until episode 7 of 3Below. I can't wait to see how the two storylines sync up!

yup that's me watching 3 below before troll hunters because 3 below led to know of the existence of troll hunters and the last episode of part 3 kept freezing near the end and I don't what happens and it's driving me insane why Netflix why won't let finish that danm episode

We can't get emotionally attached to the characters in 3 below like we did the ones in Troll Hunters

3 below was AWESOME! As a big Trollhunters fan it was so cool to see the second part of the saga. Staja is literally my favourite thing atm. I even posted a staja scene video on my channel so check that out if you’re a fan ;))) and it’s funny because the moment I heard Vex’s voice I knew it was nick offerman 😂 now I’m just waiting for wizards (Eli better have a bigger role in wizards)

remember the "Trollhunters - Trilogy Teaser | Eli | Netflix " ? it ties in perfectly with the end of 3 below part 1 (and trollhunters) the picture Eli took, "only one guy calls me tobes" etc.

I really love this show so much, granted, is not on the same level of edge as Trollhunters, but these characters are so much fun to watch, Aja and Krel are very likable characters, not to forget the great voiceover work from Tatiana Maslany and Diego Luna in that very funny European accent, Vex is also great as well, his situations as an old man and the romance he has with Toby's nana is just hilarious; there's definitely a strong dramatic weight in the characters, how the pressure of the responsibility they have as future rulers, Aja's objective in improving better on her flaws, and the brotherhood of Aja and Krel that is the series main strength, I think the problem is that the villains didn't really had a lot of presence as the Trollhunters' villains, and we still need to see more of General Morando, but overall, 3Below is a good show and a very worthy addition to the Tales Of Arcadia trilogy, now I'm ready for S2. PS: I want more of Aja and Steve!

One of the only things I don't like about troll hunters is how they didn't give us Jims perspective of the "deja vu" episode. I was looking forward to it😢😢

I miss troll hunters a lot wish there were more seasons of it, but I love 3below and I hope we see more of the trollhunters cast I miss them a lot

We need to have the trollhunters help with the next season. Dajavu was a great episode, and we need more like it. The 2 universes sides working tohetjer ocasionally woupd be great for the series.

Loved it well done even with a lot of rebuilds from things like TRON, DUNE, etcetera but well done and looking forward the next set of episodes

The episode that i was disappointed in was the troll hunter cross over since by the end they all lose there memory of the events that happened making the entire episode pointless. It was enjoyable and wasnt a bad story and i understand why they needed to erase there memories but i find it annoying that in the end the episode was completely pointless and felt like i waisted 40mins of my time.

I love Tales of Arcadia: 3Below, it got me to finally sit down and watch everything that Troll Hunters had to offer. Because of all of this I'm going to sit down and binge watch again. Top marks I'd say.

What a fun series! My only complaint was that the show severely overplays the “fish out of water” trope and instead of making the characters relatable while alien, the writers made them odd and obtuse (and I enjoy obtuse). In situations where the characters could have been humorous or quirky, they are one-dimensional and annoying. In terms of character development they are... well, you get the idea. The show’s reliance on overusing single tropes, meant to be endearing, really detract from overall enjoyment. The perfect example of one note repetition falling flat is Varvatos Vex’s many exclamations of ubiquitous albeit glorious “death!”. “Troll Hunters” had a slow build up, but did more to actually endear audiences to the characters, shiny visuals and situational craziness included. In short “3 Below” is enjoyable and quite a bit of fun, but it loses some of the figurative magic and mystery that was present in “Troll Hunters” and trades them for flash and action.

Also, am I the only one who loved the way the two finales combined in a way.

I am so excited for season 3 of 3 below and in look forward for more questions asked

I like it but it's not as good as Trollhunters SO FAR, I mean I didnt like TH that much in S1 either, so it's unfair for me to compare until they're both finished. There's some stuff I like that really hits home, but there's also some stuff that's too much. Sometimes its too loud and the jokes are too repetitive, it goes pretty fast too, but we'll see if that gets better.

Pretty sure the Blanks are a reference to I Love Lucy.

Who is your favorite character. Mine is Aja by far. She smart, funny and very feisty.

I hope Tales Of Arcadia have a movie about TrollHunter 3Below and Wizard that would be amazing the title 3 Trollzard

It's a good series deserves to have a second season. I definitely had fun watching this series hopefully it will keep going

I love it. I had been waiting for this ever since TH ended. The only problem I have is waiting another year for part two. It also makes me excited to see when Wizards come into play. Can’t wait for Toby to team up with the royals next season.

Kinda disappointed people say it was "eh". I thought it was amazing, and a great addition to tales of arcadia.
