Is a TUI Package Worth It? An Honest Review From Dalyan | Manchester To Dalaman

In the 1st episode of the Dalyan & Beyond series, we fly from Manchester to Dalaman in Turkey and ask the question, are TUI really as bad as the recent Tripadvisor reviews?
Flying out from Terminal 2 of Manchester Airport, we give an overview of the online check-in process and whether this is user-friendly or not.
We will then be assessing the bag drop process and time our wait in the queue.
Once the bags are dropped, it's time to head through security to the departure lounge, where we sit down and talk about our airport experience with TUI.
Once on board our flight, we take time to talk you through the process for booking champagne for a special occasion and show you the prices on board you can expect to pay. We also assess the onboard bar/trolley service.
On arrival at Dalaman Airport, we decide to use our own private transfer rather than the TUI transfer, which comes in with the price of the package deal. We show you the price of our private transfer and let you know if this is worthwhile.
We then arrive at our accommodation for our stay and show you around our apartment , as well as the main reception to show what services and information TUI have on offer here.
We give our overall assessment of TUI's travel and accommodation package holiday.

Hope you enjoy the videos Lynn We've never had a problem with TUI either to be honest. We know they've had a lot of problems at Manchester recently so thought we'd give our own experience for a video.. They were absolutely fine.

good video. when we went we didn't book accom, a taxi driver outside dalaman told us his cousin had a nice pension, all the spiel. he drove us down windy rds for miles, ended up in fethiye. ha but the pension was nice and after a few days we made our way to dalyan via dolmus.

Great video, with regards to a short-staffed flight, on that type of aircraft you were on it would be very unlikely to depart with less than the minimum amount of crew as there is a legal requirement to carry four cabin crew on most 737s. I'm guessing these flights are just very busy and I'm sure the crew were put to work. Overall I enjoyed the video. Always enjoy traveling with Tui. I really feel Manchester airport in the past few years post covid has had its work cut out for them as other airports seem to recover quicker. Hope you guys have a great holiday.
