You could apply that sentence to any genre of gaming, I think the game is just getting older. It happens, I'm grateful it lasted as long as it did.

This happens every 2nd-3rd season. The game "enters" a dying phase (without actually dying) and then the game is left like that for a little while, until EA introduces some big change that "saves" the game. That's how it was with the class update, the talent system etc. They know how to milk the game, and they also know that people will just keep playing so they take their time with the meaningful updates, till the very last minute, before it's too late

@@TheN2pster the player count isn't the issue i would say, you compare the peak players to now, its def a huge downgrade, along with the amount of issues of hacking, and terrible sbmm, its dying for sure. However like every year, ea does something that makes the game popular again, but bit by bit it will die for sure if the issues aren't fixed

Have you even played any other Mp game or Br for more than 2 years? I've played fortnite for thousands of hours and cod among other games and they are same if not worse lol. Fortnite has done sht after sht, its nothing like it used to be, then again for me it's just horrible changed, perhaps others like and vice versa, i'm not even going to talk about cod mp or warzone and all the new hype games like finals etc are doing bad also. I'ts gaming overall not just apex.

Apex Legends was never a"team based game" devs talk that s...t because they don't want to devide people and they made this event very bad on purposes,Solo mode was a succes first time,but now is garbage, fast ring and pre made guns and that stupid sense of warning for nearby enemy...not to mention all the guns and legends are nerfed to the wost state from S0 till now.

@@Wretched___ 😀 I didn't notice that because I played just 2-3 matches in trios,I installed just for Solo mode....but I uninstalled in the same day 😞 they keep add unnecessary changes,the armors on ground loot was perfect with the Evo armor,but they keep add more dammage to evolve till they remove the armor and add this garbage system,you need to collect all those f....g boxes for upgrade,same thing with replicator,now is useless,you can craft just 1 item from 3 items...they keep nerf the game every season...skill level is not change because of super skilled players...is because of hackers, controller players with aim assist and macros,binds etc,another problem is controller players with hacks,SBMM,bad audio and pre made teams against solo Q players....they need to add solo mode permanent like a BR and rank for solo....but I ask to much for a dead game with incompetentent management and greedy companies.Other stupid bug was if you get KD by zone or die accidentally tou get Respawn with level 1 armor to prevent that stupid exploit when they introduced that....till this day is not fixed 😞 the game consider you kill yourself and don't give you your armor back...devs in this game are a joke, a bad joke.

@Master_Blaster_84 Not that you care but It's an organising issue, my friend. We sit in duos until a 3rd arrives. If fourth arrives, we spit into duos. We don't need solos. No likes playing on their own or with randoms.

They can't vault weapons that people have wasted money on skins. New weapon every season would be horrendous, it would become way too cluttered and half of those weapons would suck and no one would use them anyways. Good example is warzone.
