@Janusha Ed is (or was) a professional exotic car salesman... You don't succeed in that business if you can't talk and talk and talk and if you're talking that much trying to convince someone to buy a $400,000 car, you better like hearing your own voice or you'd be absolutely miserable trying to sell the kinds of cars that Ed is used to dealing with. He can brag all he wants... He was smart enough to figure out how to lease multiple 6 figure cars when he was 19, 20, 21 and in college and turned that into a career in exotic cars. He can brag all he wants for all I care. You can brag all you want too when you're the head sales director for the only dealership that sells Lamborghinis in a state where a lot of people buy them.

I bought and applied armour shield ix largely due to this review. Very happy with it, looks great especially after the rain. Looks like it was just washed and waxed every day with washing the car 1-2 times per month. Took me about 7.5 hrs to prep and coat my 2019 G70 that had about 600 miles on it and was garage kept, it had almost no paint defects so it was mostly about clay barring it.

I'm sure really easy to come up with an 8 minute story about a specific product when they pay you enough. I hope they go back to just having the ads at the end, I just got swindled into watching an 8 minute infomercial. I just bought my first black car early this a year, a Lexus LS430 UL, and I have discovered how hard it is to keep a black car looking clean. I'm totally going to put this on my car when I have it detailed.

We had our Subaru done with a ceramic coating when we bought it 5 years ago as it was offered as part of the package from the dealer and the paint looks as good today 5 years on as it did the day it came out of the factory. It also makes it extremely easy to clean, just a pressure wash when it get's really dirty and the paint is back to perfect again.

That’s one weird looking dog. Not gonna lie that’s one cool snake, very relaxed and all. I wonder if that’s Ed’s personal snake. That’s a Boa, right? I forget the different species of snakes.

No but I work in advertising and have worked with multiple agencies that do these types of deals with youtubers. I approve every single video before it goes out. If they aren't approving it they're taking way too much risk. I would def approve this, you want things to feel pretty organic so this is ideal type of endorsement as it is in brand with his channel.

I'm an avid detailer who tries to think of any possible way to minimize detailing maintenance. If I put 5 hours of work into my car one weekend, I don't want to spend 3 hours the following weekend pulling brake dust off, etc. I've thought of ceramic coatings as an equivalent to wax until now. I used to believe that paint protection film was the only way to protect paint against abrasives, but I think I'll give Avalon Ceramic Coatings a try. Love your videos, Ed, thanks for the awesome content

A friend of mine has his 12C ceramic coated. We drove it home from an auto show in Omaha, NE in January. The roads were slushy and covered with that gross, grey/black snow that anyone in the Midwest will recognize. Got it home, basically the bottom half of the car from bumper-to-bumper was filthy. We watched as the snow began to run off the car while it sat in the driveway. After about 30 minutes, the car looked almost 100% clean again. That experience made me a believer.

I had my truck (which is black) professionally ceramic coated shortly after I bought it 2 years ago. When clean it looks amazing. It does get dirty over time and as in the video, rinsing it does get a lot of the dirt and grime off. The biggest issue with it is the water quality where I live. It is rather hard and the minerals etched the coating so after the first year, the sides of the truck bed had to be completely redone from etched water spots. Got a water deionizer and have been good since

I was wondering for the longest time why my Range Rover wasn't getting as dirty as my other cars especially here in NY with all the snow and salt in the winter. Only when I dug up the sales paperwork did I realize when I got the car I had one of these "ceramics coating" jobs done. Go figure. I think after five years now, it still starting to become like the other cars perhaps I'll get it done again.

Haha yea there was some charge on the bill for a preowned we got at a dealer for some kinda "paint sealer". It's her daily ,I don't think I've washed it more than 4-5 times a year. I've had the car almost 3 now and yes it needs a wash but it still has a shine. Haha now I know what that stuff was , well worth it and now I'm thinking I need it for my old rides.

So keeping in mind that this is the results after only a few days, ceramic coating is 60$, about 2-3 times the price of a good wax. Id Certainly love a product to work 3-5 years, but wax claims up to 1 year and usually lasts 2 months. SO PLEASE KEEP US UPDATED ED.
