I’ve lived in the north and the south all over this country from Alaska to Georgia to Southern Arizona, and I visit Texas regularly. I live in the mountains in Colorado and I can definitively say: Texas, you don’t have “crazy” weather (aside from Hurricane season.) it’s either really hot and humid, or mildly hot and humid out east or hot and dry or warm and dry out west). You get rain and sometimes you get ice storms. When you get an inch of snow and the entire state shuts down.
