A couple of times you mention Wolfgang being 16. In the timeframe David is talking about Wolfgang was 23. Dave’s life of hyperactivity and ADHD has been well documented, the guy just always marches to his own beat. In a stadium full, there’s not one person like him. People are missing the real point. Dave and Alex aren't prepared to pay for lawyers to negotiate a deal when the lawyers will cost more than the returns from the streamers. It sounds like they have explained this to Wolf and Wolf doesn't care. It isn't about how Dave doesn't like the record. He's not going to throw good money after bad. Who would. Dave and Alex know how this game is played. You can keep your ball we aren't playing. Dave especially and Alex were the business savy 2 in the band. Dave and Alex suing a Catholic girls school for non payment and winning. DLR has always been crazy.

First off IMO Sammy started this by thinking he was being funny/clever by saying that DLR could come out and sing with them and he immediately called his bluff. Sammy came back with a half insult of “if Dave knows the lyrics” which has nothing to do with any of it. DLR is using the wrong words in saying pay attention to “the kid” it’s probably more about DLR not having respect for this teenager being in VH just because he’s Ed’s kid. In fairness,most people would not know how much talent Wolf has until he’s stepped out on his own. At that point Ed was a mess and Wolf was running things. Ed even said that Wolfgang was the one doing the set list and re-teaching Ed how to play his songs. Now,could it be that Wolf had enough pull to kick people out. Yes. Almost anything is possible on tour. How many bands have been engulfed by drugs and groupies. Even having local drug dealers come to shows. So yes,it’s not hard to believe that Ed let Wolf handle things as Ed for all intents and purposes was an alcoholic. Now,should DLR come out firing on him. Well,that’s because Dave hates A Different Kind of Truth and is holding it hostage. Meanwhile,Wolfgang has been consistently complaining about it. Not mentioning Dave’s name but implying that he’s the holdup. Dave got tired of hearing it and decided to strike back. This isn’t 80’s DLR,Dave is a (almost) 70 year old man. Whatever he’s doing now is cause he wants to. It’s never going to sell anything close to his VH catalog. The end result is leave Dave alone and stop bringing him up in every interview. Sammy has not learned and apparently Wolfgang is going to learn.

Sammy said Dave does not play nice with others. This backs up that statement. Every instance of Dave's recent behavior backs up that statement. Why would Dave start to rant about Wolf eight, going on 9 years after the last VH tour ended? Makes no sense. Wolf, who is very well respected by his peers and has a great reputation in the music industry and seems to be a very grounded person with a kind heart and great personality who is loved by many and who is knocking his successes out of the park. Why would Dave block ADKOT from streaming services? That was a great album. Funny 'tho how the Live at the Tokyo Dome album is still available on streaming. That album was panned for questionable vocals when it came out and as a result this affected sales, and when the VH brothers were asked about the vocals they said "See Dave about that." Makes no sense why Roth is blocking some things over others. Sammy had a highly successful live album and concert video with VH (Live Without a Net - 1986)...one could assume that Dave wanted a live VH album because he did not want Sammy to up him on this before his (Roth's) career was over. Based upon the DLR we have come to know over the years, its not a far reach to assume this. People have accused him of being an egomaniac and narcissist and difficult to be around. All of this would indicate there is some truth to that, but we don't know him, this is just the things people say. You don't need to complete with anybody Roth, after all you are the legendary front man in which all other front men are measured, nobody can take that away from you. That's truth. But you have to play nice. You know Sammy is out touring with many other respected musicians, even musicians that played with Roth back in the day (Steve Vai, Greg Bissonette). Sammy himself is very well respected and still in demand. Sammy was a part of the Jon Bon Jovi celebration event recently which had a who's who of A-List talent and music legends all working together, laughing together, and showing their love for each other. Where is Dave? Why is Dave not appearing at events like this? Why is Dave not rubbing shoulders with his fellow legends? It seems to me like he's lashing out, which would indicate he's going through something. I feel bad for him. With the things he is saying about people it would indicate that although his music career has reached its end, he seems to be negatively impacting his legacy and reputation. I don't want this. I'm a fan of DLR. He was the soundtrack to my youth also. I'll be 90 years old and fondly remember DLR from my youth. I feel bad for posting this but its all truth. I feel bad for him but he's becoming his worst enemy. Is he bored and not knowing what to do? The damage he's done to himself dissing Wolf, his reputation has taken a hit. In my opinion if he wants to begin to pull out of this, he should issue an apology to Wolf and go into therapy (no joke, I'm being sincere). Hopefully he finds a quiet space for awhile to let this all blow over. You know what I would like to see from Roth? An adventure KZfaq show that shows him going on outdoor adventures, or returning to the places he went on adventures in the past where he narrates what he did. Go back to the villages he went to in far away lands. Show us Japan, and your dojos you've been to. Take us there. Show me the Roth who loves kayaking, climbing mountains, boat rides up the Amazon River, running his sheep dogs. Tell me those stories on a KZfaq channel. That's the Roth I want to see and I bet there would be many others who would want to see that also. He's so well read and intelligent, so knowledgeable. Share that knowledge on an adventure KZfaq show (but have a cohost to reel you in when you start wind out). That would be awesome. Love you Dave. I do truly wish you the best, but you need to find your mojo again because you've kind of mis-placed it right now.

Dave is right, he didn’t say nothing about Sammy but he’s keep bad mouthing him, so, imo he’s got what he asked for. For Wolfy, I don’t know, he’s too young, he’s a kid, so having a debate or argument with him, that may show Dave is immature… but I don’t want him to mature….

I'm a huge Roth fan, but he's showing himself to be bitter, angry, and small minded individual lately.

Not even interested in seeing anything VH related featuring Sammy. VH died after DLR left. Yeah, there were some good tunes from the post DLR era, but it never matched the real VH music. Not even close. Don't give a damn about Wolfie. Make your own way. Hasn't done it yet and doubt he could pull it off. Apologies to Val, but he isn't Eddie.
