Glimipride అనేది already insulin ని produce చేసే శక్తిని కోల్పోయిన beta cells ని insulin release చెయ్యడానికి ఒత్తిడి తెస్తుంది అని విన్నాను. ఈ process లో కొంత కాలానికి beta cells చచుపడిపోయి పని చేయకుండా అవుత్యంట కధ Madam గారు?

Namasthe maam. My Hba1c is 5.9 almost from last 3 years Following diet and doing exercise regularly.
