Well Hi there! I am german and im a carmechanic here in germany. After I watched the first episode of GG ive already seen enough! The only reason I kept watching it was Constance =8-) and Caveman Here in Germany none of these cars bikes or boats would be street legal or meet any safety regulations. That dodge Charger they build is a deathtrap in my eyes and utterly ugly. Just like the V8 Tesla. When i saw that driveshaft lies open and visible just screwed onto the 5 millimeter thick carfloor I just thought to myself that I wouldnt even have the guts to start the engine on this thing plus the screeching alternator belt. When the driveshaft comes loose while driving they will have to identify you by DNA or bloodsample. What these guys build isnt just ugly and a bad performance of craftsmanship (even with ghostmechanics) it also is extremely dangerous! I wouldnt pay a cent for what they build. But its all the same no matter which show you watch GG, Car Masters, Drive Hard... and so on, they all work like this. Sorry for my english as I said "me is Germanicus" but I hope it makes any sense what I wrote here :)

The car n bike combo was hilarious. Stick on carbon fibre, which was also fitted poorly. Cars are top dollar apparently

The builds I really have a problem with are the ones that are completely unsafe. They built a truck and sold it to a young girl. They lowered the truck by heating the worn out coil springs. They have no conscience.

The truly hilarious part is that the leader of the pack thinks he's all that and a bag of chips. He tries so hard to be Danny Koker but comes up so unbelievably short in the delivery.

I hate the grill they put on all the cars and they little Gotham plaques cut out.

I watch the show for comic relief. I have a hard time believing anyone is really paying them for these cars. I think it's all staged. The pontoon boat was epic. $40k+ for something that looks like 2 17 year olds threw together from their grandpa's old pontoon. Imagine paying that much money for a pontoon that still had an ancient 15 HP Evinrude on it. For the love of God!!

I have been building custom cars for over 20 years so when I saw this shows description I was immediately intrigued. For the first halg of the first episode i watched I was horrified but then I started to view it as a satire and finished the episode laughing my a$$ off. I never went back for a second episode

I couldn’t watch gagum garage after the first season. Everything they did was a hack job. In some cases they made the cars worse when they were finished compared to what they started with. Great show to the people who have never done anything mechanical and don’t Know better

Having never heard of the show, I started watching this show a couple of months ago. I think I got about 4 episodes in and gave up. I could tell all their stuff was junk.

Holy Batshit. This video popped up on my feed. Never heard or either. But great video. And WTF is that shop doing? There's guys in a single car garage in the hood, or a pole barn in the sticks. Who do 10X better work. I'm a welder. But I could see the drip rail hack job through the paint. I wouldn't let this shop change the brakes on my work truck.

The logo on all the cars absolutely kills me that anyone would want a car with that on there. Constance is the only reason to watch 😊

I've got the feeling that this show is just fucking with the viewer. Like with the shaved driprails, they are badly done and they all act like they did a perfect job.

There are ways to do the spiderweb thing with class, instead they just stick crap everywhere.

I can and have built much nicer in my home garage. Don’t know how they even lasted long enough to get a show. None of this is good. Not even on a backyard budget build. Hope they have stepped away from the tools by now. They’re literally fu*king up history for all time with stuff that can’t be undone.

This show is fake like Bad Chad Customs. The fit and finish is horrendous. The man can’t paint. The cobwebs are so 1999.

I just watched the delahide episode, omg they went to a lot of trouble to make worse. It was hideous. I live in Ireland and id know enough about the custom car scene to know no car guy in the usa would take that delahide seriously. Its like something kids would produce for a school project.

Constance is mid at best. Any mechanic or builder that calls an "engine" a "motor" loses all credibility. The craftsmanship & quality of Gotham Garage builds is horrible. What's even worse is they always seem to find some poor dumbass to buy their junk.

I've watched all these episodes and always thought they made dogs shit looking cars. The only highlight of the show is the fit bird who's on there.
