I can't remember which build it was, but one of the cars they did was pouring blue smoke out the exhaust on the test drive and it just wasn't mentioned. Also, whoever sold them the CNC laser cutter should go an take it back! 🙂

That car and that bike quit being a 94 vette and a hayabusa with the remakes of the structure in the bike and the new body and custom stuff on the car. I am not saying that either looked good. The bike looked nasty to me and the car so-so at best. The problem is that the value of anything is it's rarity and desirability to an individual. No accounting for taste, and they were both one-offs. A person can charge what they want for a one-off, and it will either sell or it won't. That is up to the potential buyers, not the crowd. I wouldn't have wanted either, but that is just me and has no bearing on anything -- I am not the potential buyer, and neither are the people reading this or writing comments.

I just watched the delahide episode, omg they went to a lot of trouble to make worse. It was hideous. I live in Ireland and id know enough about the custom car scene to know no car guy in the usa would take that delahide seriously. Its like something kids would produce for a school project.

Constance is mid at best. Any mechanic or builder that calls an "engine" a "motor" loses all credibility. The craftsmanship & quality of Gotham Garage builds is horrible. What's even worse is they always seem to find some poor dumbass to buy their junk.

As a salesman for automotive and industrial paints, I could not help but notice the bad quality paint jobs. Orange peel, badly sanded bondo bumps etc....

They do terrible bodywork and paint. The waves on that Chevelle were horrible.

I totally agree with you regarding their builds, and the owner's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. But admit it now...the real reason we all watch it is because of Constance!

None of these builds and prices are actually real right? Just smoke and mirrors to make the TV show? I would like to see one of these builds in person and really study it, but I doubt they stay on the road for very long after. I am just curious if this shop actually ever puts out quality builds? Builds for actual customers that are not on the show.
