I’ve been fasting 13 to 15 hours daily, even now that I’m 7 months pregnant. It really isn’t a big deal to stop eating in the evening 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you so much for this. I was daunted by some of the rules I heard about fasting for women. My cycle is pretty regular. I have skipped breakfast naturally most of my life, and now I'm in my 30s I do a 16/18 hour fast most days which feels good for me. I have a very light lunch and larger dinner around 6, then go until lunchtime the next day.

Yes, that's exactly it -- I think all the "rules" are scaring off a lot of women, and that's a shame because we can definitely reap the benefits of fasting. It's not just for men! Your approach sounds great to me. I'm glad it works for you! 💛

Great point about women's fasting, but what would we do if on IUD and couldn't tell the cycles without obvious bleeding? Thanks!!

I'm wondering the same thing with nexplanon. Since there's no cycle I think it wouldn't matter too much. Same as post menopausal women's fasting. I fast from 9 pm to noon and it seems to help a lot🤷

Thank you for saying that you don't feel the major fluctuations in your ability to fast during the month. The focus on fasting for women from a new book this past year (won't name names...) makes it sound like you MUST change your fasting window to fit your cycle and I just found that not to be true for me. Thank you for preaching individuality!!!

Yes, that's exactly why I wanted to create this video! ❤ I'm not a fan of content that promotes an approach of "you have to do it this ONE way or else!!"...(although that kind of message DOES get attention, which is why people will always use it as a marketing strategy) 😕 Thanks for sharing your experience. Didn't get any info here on how to fast. So many dr. and MDs speak on this and have opposing views. I want research and facts. And this video doesn't help in any way.
